The next generation of electronic diary and meeting booking systems was introduced by Cumulate for a number of clients in 2008 and was largely designed to the specific needs of the events manager of Deutsche Bank, Global Transaction Banking, based in Frankfurt.

 The system was built to allow multiple room-booking and to cover up to 100 attendees. It also allows recording of other appointments during a show and in the case of Sibos and Eurofinance, handled nearly 800 meetings without allowing anyone to double-book themselves.

Maria Senior of Deutsche Bank said “you cannot believe the amount of manual input and time it has saved us”. Other users in 2008 included Cadbury, Deutsche Bank USA and Sterling Commerce.
